Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a loan application, or otherwise using the OneLend platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

OneLend operates a business loan marketplace platform that connects Canadian businesses with third-party lending institutions. OneLend is not a lender, bank, or financial institution. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, or fund loans directly.

Our platform facilitates introductions between businesses seeking funding and lenders in our network. Any loan agreement you enter into is between you and the respective lender, governed by the lender’s own terms and conditions.

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

When you submit a loan application through our platform, you authorize OneLend to share your application information with lenders in our network who may be a suitable match for your funding needs.

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application and termination of your account.

OneLend does not guarantee that you will receive funding or be matched with any lender. The availability of loan offers depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to your business profile, credit history, revenue, industry, and lender criteria.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any lender offers displayed on our platform. All loan terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by the respective lender and may be subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneLend and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Any actions taken or decisions made by third-party lenders.
• Errors or inaccuracies in lender offers or information.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption or cessation of service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to OneLend, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality on the OneLend platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of OneLend or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform.

Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in Toronto.
